The article analyzes job advertisements in the agro-industrial complex from the point of view of the socio-economic rationality of the content of these advertisements. It is emphasized that by formulating various parts of the advertisement accordingly, the employer tries to optimize to one degree or another the ratio of costs and benefits derived from interaction with job seekers and employees, and also manages the uncertainty in relations with them. Transformational and transactional costs associated with certain formulations from the job advertisements are identified. An important role in managing costs and risks is played by the different levels of completeness and detail of the provisions of job advertisements, as well as the use of terms and phrases of varying clarity in them. In this regard, the least unambiguous are the requirements for soft skills of job seekers. The article assesses job advertisements depending on the degree of completeness of information and detail in various parts of these advertisements. The information basis of the material is announcements of vacancies in the agro-industrial complex of Moscow, Moscow region from job sites HH.ru, Avito during the week of November 2024.
В статье предпринят анализ объявлений о вакансиях в агропромышленном комплексе с точки зрения социально-экономической рациональности содержания данных объявлений. Подчеркивается, что, формулируя соответствующим образом различные части объявления, работодатель пытается в той или иной степени оптимизировать соотношение издержек и выгод, извлекаемых из взаимодействия с соискателями рабочих мест, работниками, а также управляет неопределенностью в отношениях с ними. Выделяются трансформационные и трансакционные издержки, с которыми связаны те или иные формулировки в объявлениях о вакансиях. Важную роль в управлении издержками и рисками играет различный уровень полноты и детализации положений объявлений о вакансиях, а также использования в них различных по ясности терминов и фраз. В этом отношении наименее однозначными являются требования по мягким навыкам соискателей вакансий. В статье осуществлена оценка объявлений о вакансиях в зависимости от степени полноты информации и детализации по различным частям этих объявлений. Информационной основой материала являются объявления о вакансиях в АПК в Москве, Московской области, размещённые на сайтах HH.ru, Авито в течение недели в ноябре 2024 года.
