External economic restrictions may have positive and negative consequences for the functioning of organizations in the industry depending on the nature of government regulation. In the context of external economic restrictions, one of the most significant values is government support in the form of subsidies and grants to agricultural organizations. The purpose of the study is to identify quantitative changes and the nature of the influence of the amount of subsidies (grants) on the functioning of agricultural organizations after the introduction of external economic restrictions. The research methods used were the analysis of indicators of profit from the sale of products and government support (subsidies) of 620 agricultural organizations, taking into account their size. The scientific novelty includes the identification of the main forms of government support for agriculture in the context of external economic restrictions. It was found that after the introduction of these restrictions, the greatest increase in average annual subsidies was observed in large organizations in the industry (56.1 billion rubles). There was a decrease in them in medium-sized (-20.9 billion rubles), and an increase in small (1.7 billion rubles) and micro (688 million rubles) organizations in the industry. In agricultural organizations of all sizes, there is an increase in average annual profit, while there is a weak correlation between its growth and changes in the amount of subsidies. This allows us to conclude that subsidies and grants are poorly targeted depending on the size of organizations.
Внешнеэкономические ограничения могут иметь положительное и отрицательное влияние на функционирование организаций отрасли в зависимости от характера государственного регулирования. В условиях внешнеэкономических ограничений одной из наиболее существенных мер является государственная поддержка в виде субсидий и дотаций организациям сельского хозяйства. Цель исследования - выявить количественные изменения и характер влияния величины субсидий (дотаций) на функционирование организаций сельского хозяйства после введения внешнеэкономических ограничений. В качестве методов исследования использован анализ показателей прибыли от реализации продукции и государственной поддержки (субсидий) 620 организаций сельского хозяйства с учетом их размера. К научной новизне следует отнести выделение основных форм господдержки сельского хозяйства в условиях внешнеэкономических ограничений. Установлено, что после введения этих ограничений наибольший прирост среднегодовых субсидий наблюдается в крупных организациях отрасли (56,1 млрд руб.). Отмечается их снижение в средних по размеру (-20,9 млрд руб.), рост в малых (+1,7 млрд руб.) и микро (+688 млн руб.) организациях отрасли. В организациях сельского хозяйства всех размеров наблюдается прирост среднегодовой прибыли, при этом имеется слабая корреляция ее прироста с изменением величины субсидий. Это позволяет сделать вывод о низкой ориентированности субсидий и дотаций в зависимости от размера организаций.
