The article discusses the issues of digitalization of control procedures in agriculture through the introduction of Federal State Information Systems (FGIS), which affect the change in the content of the functions of accounting and agronomic services. A trend in the development of control of commodity flows of pesticides and agrochemicals has been identified and described. The reasons for the need to build an internal control system at both large enterprises and small agribusiness entities are formulated. The main risks of the life cycle management processes of pesticides and plant protection products in the conditions of application of FGIS Saturn are characterized. A model of the emerging risk matrix with practical examples and variations is proposed.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы цифровизации контрольных процедур в сельском хозяйстве путем внедрения Федеральных государственных информационных систем (ФГИС), влияющих на изменение содержания функций учетных и агрономических служб. Выявлена и описана тенденция развития контроля товарных потоков пестицидов и агрохимикатов. Сформулированы причины необходимости построения системы внутреннего контроля как на крупных предприятиях, так и у субъектов малого агробизнеса. Охарактеризованы основные риски процессов управления жизненным циклом пестицидов, ядохимикатов и средств защиты растений в условиях применения ФГИС Сатурн. Предложена модель матрицы возникающих рисков с практическими примерами и вариациями.
