The article discusses the application of the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) tools to optimize lean manufacturing in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). The main focus is on the role of visualization in the process of selecting and implementing TRIZ tools, as well as its impact on improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. An analysis is made of the possibility of using visual methods to increase transparency and understanding of production processes, as well as to identify and systematize problems that can be solved using TRIZ. The article demonstrates a practical example of the application of visualization and TRIZ tools in the context of lean manufacturing in the AIC, noting the impact on reducing costs, increasing productivity and optimizing resource consumption. The study is aimed at developing a methodology for integrating lean manufacturing methods and the theory of inventive problem solving, which can improve the situation with lean manufacturing in the AIC and accelerate the achievement of the enterprisersquo;s economic goals.
В статье рассматривается применение инструментов теории решения изобретательских задач (ТРИЗ) для оптимизации бережливого производства в агропромышленном комплексе. Основное внимание уделяется роли визуализации в процессе подбора и внедрения инструментов ТРИЗ, а также ее влиянию на повышение экономической эффективности предприятий. Проведен анализ возможности использования визуальных методов для повышения прозрачности и понимания производственных процессов, а также для идентификации и систематизации проблем, которые могут быть решены с помощью ТРИЗ. Статья демонстрирует практический пример применения визуализации и инструментов ТРИЗ в контексте бережливого производства в АПК, отмечается, что они содействуют снижению издержек, повышению производительности и оптимизации ресурсопотребления. Исследование направлено на разработку методологии интеграции методов бережливого производства и теории решения изобретательских задач, способной улучшить ситуацию с бережливым производством в АПК и ускорить достижение экономических целей предприятия.
