The article presents the dynamics of the wage level in the Russian Federation, the Volga Federal District and the Nizhny Novgorod region. The trends in the change in the wage ratio in the economy as a whole and in agriculture are revealed. The dynamics of the wage level is studied in the context of federal districts. The indicators of wage productivity in agricultural enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region are analyzed in dynamics, the influence of the average monthly salary of one employee on the level of labor productivity is revealed.
В статье анализируется динамика уровня заработной платы в России, Приволжском федеральном округе и Нижегородской области. Выявлены тенденции в изменении соотношения заработной платы в целом по экономике и в сельском хозяйстве. В разрезе федеральных округов исследована динамика уровня заработной платы. Проанализированы в динамике показатели зарплатоотдачи в сельскохозяйственных предприятиях Нижегородской области, выявлено влияние размера среднемесячной заработной платы одного работника на уровень производительности труда.
