The article is devoted to the problem of functioning and development of a network of rural settlements in the Omsk Region in new socio-economic conditions and is interdisciplinary in nature. The purpose of the publication is to identify trends in changes in the network of rural settlements in the Omsk Region in the context of globalization. As much as possible, all factors, both objective and subjective, determining the development of a modern village, including the peculiarities of the historical development of the territory, were taken into account. The rural settlement network of the Omsk Region is undergoing major changes at the beginning of the XXI century. The transformation of the rural lifestyle under the influence of global changes in modern society requires new approaches not only to the organization of agricultural production, but also to the socio-cultural sphere of life. First of all, this is reflected in the digitalization of processes. The authors not only identify the directions of rural digitalization, but also explore its prospects and the main problems associated with it. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of socio-demographic indicators, which made it possible to identify the main features of the change in the rural settlement network of the territory. The authors come to the conclusion about the economic and socio-cultural transformation of rural life under the influence of globalization. Rural areas not only receive new opportunities for development, but also the loss of the foundations of traditional rural culture, the blurring of the boundaries of urban and rural subcultures. The results of the study can be useful for forecasting the development of the territory and the effective organization of rural life processes in new socio-economic conditions.
Статья посвящена проблеме функционирования и развития сети сельских поселений на территории Омской области в новых социально-экономических условиях и носит междисциплинарный характер. Цель публикации - выявить тенденции в изменениях сети сельских поселений Омской области в условиях глобализации. Насколько возможно максимально были учтены все факторы, как объективные, так и субъективные, определяющие развитие современного села, включая особенности исторического развития территории. Сельская поселенческая сеть Омской области в начале XXI века претерпевает серьезные изменения. Трансформация сельского образа жизни под влиянием глобальных изменений современного общества требует новых подходов не только к организации аграрного производства, но и к социокультурной сфере жизни. В первую очередь это выражается в цифровизации процессов. Авторы не только определяют направления цифровизации села, но также исследуют ее перспективы и основные проблемы, связанные с ней. Сделан акцент на анализе социально-демографических показателей, что позволило выявить основные особенности изменения сельской поселенческой сети территории. Авторы приходят к выводу об экономической и социокультурной трансформации сельской жизни под влиянием глобализации. Сельские территории не только получают новые возможности для развития, но и происходит утрата основ традиционной сельской культуры, размывание границ городской и сельской субкультур. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны для прогнозирования развития территории и эффективной организации процессов сельской жизни в новых социально-экономических условиях.
