Rural territories are an important component of the domestic economic system. The authors determined that structural changes in the agricultural sector of the economy had a negative impact on the standard of living of the rural population and its development is an integral part of the strategy of rural regeneration. Attention is focused on the fact that, despite the positive dynamics of macroeconomic indicators of agriculture, there are a number of negative processes at the local level that pose a threat to sustainable development. Measures for the revival of rural areas are proposed, which are based on the transformation of socio-economic relations in the state in order to more actively participate the rural population in the distribution of public goods. It is concluded that the sustainable development of rural areas is determined by factors of industrial and socio-economic development, preservation of the natural environment, cultural and spiritual heritage, institutional transformations, the potential of which depends on the level of infrastructure provision.
Сельские территории - важная составляющая отечественной экономической системы. Авторами определено, что структурные изменения в аграрном секторе экономики в последние десятилетия негативно повлияли на уровень жизни сельского населения, развитие которого является неотъемлемой частью стратегии возрождения сельских территорий. Акцентировано внимание на том, что несмотря на положительную динамику макроэкономических показателей сельского хозяйства на локальном уровне наблюдается ряд негативных процессов, представляющих угрозу устойчивому развитию. Предложены мероприятия по возрождению сельских территорий, которые базируются на трансформации социально-экономических отношений в государстве с целью более активного участия сельского населения в распределении общественного продукта. Сделаны выводы, что устойчивое развитие сельских территорий определяется факторами производственного и социально-экономического развития, сохранением природной среды, культурного и духовного наследия, институциональных преобразований, потенциальные возможности которых зависят от уровня инфраструктурного обеспечения.
