In the current conditions, enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are facing new challenges in the field of providing labor resources. The study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of migration processes on the efficiency of the AIC enterprises. Official statistics data for 2011-2024 were used. The results of the study indicate that there is a close relationship between the scale of labor migration and indicators of labor productivity, profitability and financial stability of agricultural enterprises. It has been revealed that the influx of foreign labor contributes to overcoming the shortage of labor resources, but can deter investments in labor-saving technologies and create risks of excessive dependence on external sources of labor. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the development of a methodology for studying the relationship between migration processes and the effectiveness of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. The results obtained can be used in the development of personnel programs for the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex and the processing complex. It is advisable to focus further research on modeling the long-term effects of labor migration, taking into account industry and regional specifics. The study also addresses the issues of attracting and integrating migrant workers in the new subjects of the Russian Federation - the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. The features of adaptation and training of foreign labor in the conditions of economic recovery in these regions are considered. The key problems are identified and mechanisms for improving the efficiency of using migrant labor in the agro-industrial complex in new territories are proposed.
В текущих условиях предприятия агропромышленного комплекса сталкиваются с новыми вызовами в сфере обеспечения трудовыми ресурсами. Исследование посвящено анализу влияния миграционных процессов на эффективность функционирования предприятий АПК. Использованы данные официальной статистики за 2011-2024 гг. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о наличии тесной связи между масштабами трудовой миграции и показателями производительности труда, рентабельности и финансовой устойчивости предприятий АПК. Выявлено, что приток иностранной рабочей силы способствует преодолению дефицита трудовых ресурсов, но может сдерживать инвестиции в трудосберегающие технологии и создавать риски избыточной зависимости от внешних источников рабочей силы. Теоретическая значимость работы заключается в развитии методологии исследования взаимосвязи миграционных процессов и эффективности предприятий реального сектора экономики. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке программ кадрового обеспечения устойчивого развития АПК и перерабатывающего комплекса. Дальнейшие исследования целесообразно сосредоточить на моделировании долгосрочных эффектов трудовой миграции с учетом отраслевой и региональной специфики. Исследование также затрагивает вопросы привлечения и интеграции трудовых мигрантов в новых субъектах Российской Федерации - ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожской и Херсонской областях. Рассматриваются особенности адаптации и обучения иностранной рабочей силы в условиях восстановления экономики этих регионов. Выявлены ключевые проблемы и предложены механизмы повышения эффективности использования труда мигрантов в АПК на новых территориях.
