The agrarian sector of the economy has maintained its status as significant for ensuring macroeconomic stability of the national economy for several years. At the same time, external economic sanctions are imposed on the conditions of structural changes, causing imbalances in the system of economic relations. In the field of economic relations of the rural population, the study identified structural shifts that form the conditions for the implementation of the economic behavior of the rural population. These include: degradation of the personnel structure of the agro-industrial complex; refusal to run a personal subsidiary farm; digitalization of life and production; return of land to economic circulation. The reliability of the identified structural shifts (changes) is confirmed by statistical illustrations. The category of ldquo;meaning of liferdquo; served as the basis for considering the economic relations of the rural population. As a result, the following main strategies of economic behavior of the rural population were identified: the meaning of life is life in the village; the meaning of life is to move to the city; live in the village, work in the city. Based on this socio-categorical approach, a conceptual scheme of the model for the formation of economic behavior of the rural population was developed. Based on the content of the scheme, the main directions of regulation of the economic behavior of the rural population are identified: sociological (individual-psychological), social-psychological, economic, institutional. The main result of the study was the development of methodological principles for regulating the economic behavior of the rural population in the context of structural changes. These include the principles of trust, cooperative, scientific validity, social justice, equivalence, ecosystem.
Аграрная сфера экономики на протяжении нескольких лет удерживает статус значимой для обеспечения макроэкономической стабильности национальной экономики. При этом внешнеэкономические санкции накладываются на процессы структурных изменений, вызывая дисбалансы в системе экономических отношений. В области экономических отношений сельского населения в ходе исследования были выделены структурные сдвиги, формирующие условия реализации экономического поведения сельского населения. К ним отнесены: деградация кадровой структуры АПК, отказ от ведения личного подсобного хозяйства, цифровизация быта и производства, возвращение земель в хозяйственный оборот. Достоверность выделенных структурных сдвигов (изменений) подтверждена статистическими иллюстрациями. Основой рассмотрения экономических отношений сельского населения выступила категория смысл жизни. В результате были выделены следующие основные стратегии экономического поведения сельского населения: смысл жизни - жизнь в деревне; смысл жизни - перебраться в город; жить в деревне, работать в городе. На базе данного социально-категориального подхода была разработана концептуальная схема модели формирования экономического поведения сельского населения. На её основе выделены основные направления регулирования экономического поведения сельского населения: социологическое (индивидуально-психологическое), социально-психологическое, экономическое, институциональное. Основным результатом исследования стала разработка методологических принципов регулирования экономического поведения сельского населения в условиях структурных изменений. К ним отнесены принципы: доверительности, кооперативный, научной обоснованности, социальной справедливости, эквивалентности, экосистемы
