The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the only region in the world where residents are engaged in animal husbandry and agriculture in permafrost conditions. Here, livestock production is deeply unprofitable, but in addition to commercial hunting, it was the only source of food and is still a traditional occupation of the indigenous population in rural areas. Animal productivity is a direct motivation for increasing the breeding value of animals. Direct government support for agriculture is aimed at reimbursement of the purchase of raw milk up to 80% of the costs in a quota (limited) volume of purchase from the possibly offered volume of raw milk. The purchase is made by procurement organizations determined by the authorized body, that is, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In this article, the problematic issues of the economy of livestock breeding in the conditions of Yakutia are locally considered, taking into account all the specifics of local conditions, including the current legal acts.
Республика Саха (Якутия) - единственная в мире регион, где в условиях вечной мерзлоты занимаются животноводством и земледелием. Здесь производство продукции животноводства глубоко нерентабельно, но оно наряду промысловой охотой является единственным источником продуктов питания для людей и остается традиционным занятием коренных народов, проживающих в сельской местности. Продуктивность животных - главная цель повышения племенной ценности животных. Прямая государственная поддержка сельского хозяйства направлена на возмещение при закупке сырого молока до 80% затрат в квотированном (лимитированном) объёме закупки из возможно предложенного объёма сырого молока. Закупка производится заготовительными организациями, определенными уполномоченным органом, то есть Министерством сельского хозяйства МСХ РС(Я). В данной статье рассмотрена проблемные вопросы экономики племенного животноводства в условиях Якутии с учетом всей специфики местных условий, в том числе действующих нормативно-правовых актов.
