The socio-economic development of subjects and regions in the Russian Federation has always been characterized by certain heterogeneity. The current state and level of development of each individual region of Russia is largely determined by geographical, climatic, natural and other important factors. When developing and implementing measures for state support of the agricultural sector of a particular subject of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of its regional development, since practically all sectors of the agro-industrial complex are influenced by environmental conditions, the development of agricultural science and scientific support of the agro-industrial complex, personnel agricultural production potential, etc. The indices of agricultural production are analyzed according to statistics from the Ural Federal District, and the structure of gross agricultural production in these regions is also clearly presented. The main directions of state support for agricultural producers are determined, indicators of the volume of financing are given for each individual direction of the State Program for the Development and Support of the Agro-Industrial Complex in the regions of the Ural Federal District in 2023. The results achieved within the framework of individual measures for state support of farmers in the regions of the district are presented.
Социально-экономическое развитие регионов Российской Федерации всегда характеризовалось определенной неоднородностью. Современное состояние и уровень развития каждого отдельного региона России во многом определяются географическими, климатическими, природными и другими важнейшими факторами. При разработке и реализации мероприятий по государственной поддержки аграрной отрасли того или иного субъекта РФ нужно принимать во внимание специфику его регионального развития, поскольку практические все отрасли АПК находятся под влиянием природно-климатических условий, зависят от уровня развития аграрной науки и научного обеспечения АПК, от кадрового потенциала сельскохозяйственного производства и т.д. В статье проанализированы индексы производства сельскохозяйственной продукции по данным статистики Уральского федерального округа, наглядно представлена структура производства валовой сельскохозяйственной продукции в регионах округа. Определены главные направления государственной поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителей, приведены показатели объемов финансирования по каждому отдельному направлению Госпрограммы развития и поддержки АПК в регионах Уральского федерального округа в 2023 году. Показаны результаты, достигнутые в рамках отдельных мероприятий по государственной поддержке аграриев в регионах округа.
