The article examines the activities of the enterprise in the field of mixed agriculture at the level of strategic management. The object of the study was the company Agro-Clever LLC, specializing in the field of mixed agriculture. The subject of research is strategic management of an enterprise in the field of mixed agriculture. In order to analyze trends in the business environment, objectively assess the prospects of the enterprise, identify new opportunities and potential risks within the framework of this study, general scientific (analysis, synthesis, interpretation) and special (PEST analysis, factor analysis, coefficient analysis) methods were used. During the study, the main factors (political, economic, social and technological) affecting the outcome of the strategic management of the enterprise in the field of mixed agriculture were identified, such as the efficient use of resources, the development of innovation, risk management and the level of competitiveness. The identified shortcomings of the strategic position and strategic management of Agro-Clever LLC are characterized by both external and internal factors. Based on the analysis of the activities of Agro-Clever LLC, recommendations were developed to improve the strategic management system. Emphasis was placed on the need to constantly monitor and adjust the strategy in accordance with changes in the commodity market, as well as the introduction of technologies and the internal structure of the enterprise.
В статье рассматривается деятельность предприятия в сфере смешанного сельского хозяйства на уровне стратегического управления. Объектом исследования выступило предприятие ООО Агро-Клевер, специализирующееся в сфере смешанного сельского хозяйства. Предмет исследования - стратегическое управление предприятием в сфере смешанного сельского хозяйства. В целях анализа тенденций в бизнес-среде, объективной оценки перспектив предприятия, выявления новых возможностей и потенциальных рисков в рамках настоящего исследования применены общенаучные (анализ, синтез, интерпретация) и специальные (PEST-анализ, факторный анализ, коэффициентный анализ) методы. В процессе исследования были выявлены основные факторы (политические, экономические, социальные и технологические), влияющие на результат стратегического управления предприятия в сфере смешанного сельского хозяйства, такие как эффективное использование ресурсов, развитие инноваций, управление рисками и уровень конкурентоспособности. Дана характеристика выявленным недостаткам стратегического положения и стратегического управления ООО Агро-Клевер, которые обусловлены как внешними, так и внутренними факторами. На основании проведенного анализа деятельности ООО Агро-Клевер разработаны рекомендации по совершенствования системы стратегического управления. Сделан акцент на необходимости постоянного мониторинга и корректировки стратегии в соответствии с изменениями на товарном рынке, а также внедрении технологий и внутренней структуре предприятия.
