Food security is one of the main components of the national security of the State. Providing the population with food products in sufficient quantity and of adequate quality is a priority task of the state economic and agrarian policy. Here, an important importance is attached to the innovation process, since in the modern world progressive development is increasingly dependent on scientific, technical and technological achievements, the agricultural sector of the economy is no exception. The article presents an analysis of the current state of self-sufficiency of the population of the Union State countries with basic types of food. The national policy of Russia and Belarus in the field of innovation development is considered, including the main legal documents in this area - state programs containing the main areas of activity, necessary measures, amounts of financing, as well as strategies defining a promising vector of development. The joint projects of the countries of the association for the development of various branches of the agro-industrial complex, the implementation of which can significantly increase production efficiency and more successfully ensure the food security of the association, are analyzed. It should be noted that in both countries great importance is attached to such areas of innovation as biotechnology and digitalization, the development of which largely determines the successful development of the agricultural sector of the Union State in the future.
Продовольственная безопасность, обеспечение населения продовольственной продукцией в достаточном количестве и надлежащего качества - первоочередная задача государственной экономической и аграрной политики.Здесь важное значение придается инновационным процессам, поскольку в современном мире поступательное развитие все более зависит от научно-технических и технологических достижений, аграрный сектор экономики не является исключением. В статье представлен анализ современного состояния самообеспеченности населения стран Союзного государства основными видами продовольствия. Рассмотрена национальная политика России и Белоруссии в сфере развития инновационной деятельности, включая основные правовые документы в этой области - государственные программы, содержащие основные направления деятельности, необходимые мероприятия, объемы финансирования, а также стратегии, определяющие перспективный вектор развития. Проанализированы совместные проекты стран объединения по развитию различных отраслей агропромышленного комплекса, реализация которых позволяет существенно повысить эффективность производства и более успешно обеспечивать продовольственную безопасность объединения. Следует отметить, что в обоих государствах большое значение придается таким направлениям инновационной деятельности, как биотехнология и цифровизация, от внедрения которых зависит в значительной степени, успешное развитие аграрного сектора экономики Союзного государства в будущем.
