This article is devoted to the problems of sustainable development of non-urban (rural) territories. The authors point out the need for more active use of the accumulated scientific and production potential in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the development of rural areas is also an activity for the development of hidden resources that have not previously been used in the economy. Arguments are given in favor of the fact that the time has come to use scientific potential in the development of a hidden territorial resource. By combining these special resources, a favorable situation arises for the dynamic development of territories. The agricultural sector is basic in the economy of rural areas, so its development is key. The use of accumulated scientific potential in the development of the agricultural industry will entail further development of rural areas and ensure the achievement of set goals.
Настоящая статья посвящена проблемам устойчивого развития внегородских (сельских) территорий. Авторы указывают на необходимость более активного использования накопленного научного и производственного потенциала в сфере АПК РФ. Отмечается, что развитие сельских территорий также является деятельностью по освоению скрытых ресурсов, ранее не используемых в экономике. Приводятся аргументы в пользу того, что пришло время использовать научный потенциал в освоении скрытого территориального ресурса. При объединении этих особенных ресурсов складывается благоприятная ситуация для динамичного развития территорий. Сельскохозяйственная отрасль является базовой в экономике сельских территорий, поэтому ее развитие играет ключевую роль. Использование накопленного научного потенциала в развитии сельскохозяйственной отрасли будет способствовать дальнейшему развитию сельских территорий и обеспечит достижение поставленных целей.
