The article provides a comprehensive study of the role of agrobiotechnoparks in strengthening food security and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. The authors analyzed the dynamics of agricultural production volumes for the period 2019-2023; it is noted the dependence of the agro-industrial complex on imported resources and determined the need for the development of breeding, genetics and biotechnologies through the creation and operation of agrobiotechnoparks as a mechanism for solving these problems. The article analyzes the strategic directions of the development of agricultural technopark structures, as well as the legal regulation of this mechanism. The authors investigated the distinctive features of agro-industrial technoparks and proposed the authorrsquo;s definition of this structure. The article emphasizes the importance of agrobiotechnoparks in ensuring synergy between the agricultural sector and research activities, which contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex of the country and the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy.
В статье проведено всестороннее исследование роли агробиотехнопарков в укреплении продовольственной безопасности и инновационном развитии агропромышленного комплекса России. Авторами проанализирована динамика объемов производства сельскохозяйственной продукции за период 2019-2023 гг., отмечается зависимость агропромышленного комплекса от импортных ресурсов и определяется необходимость развития селекции, генетики и биотехнологий через создание и функционирование агробиотехнопарков как механизма решения указанных проблем. В статье проанализированы стратегические направления развития аграрных технопарковых структур, а также правовая регламентация данного механизма. Авторами исследованы отличительные особенности агропромышленных технопарков и предложено авторское определение данной структуры. В статье подчёркивается значимость агробиотехнопарков в обеспечении синергии между аграрной отраслью и научно-исследовательской деятельностью, что способствует укреплению конкурентоспособности агропромышленного комплекса страны и устойчивому развитию аграрного сектора экономики.
