The article outlines the main prerequisites for the formation and development of rural agglomerations in the country, taking into account the negative transformations of structural changes in rural areas associated with the liquidation of the so-called ldquo;unpromising villagesrdquo;. It is noted that in modern conditions the development of such associations has a steady trend in rural territories, when in the country, on the one hand, the number of abandoned and ldquo;dyingrdquo; villages is steadily increasing, and on the other hand, is a relatively rapid growth in the number of few rural settlements with a high concentration of population and production resources in them. Although the basic concept of ldquo;rural agglomerationsrdquo; is not without certain shortcomings, it is nevertheless accepted officially and more specifically in comparison with its other definitions. At the same time, it is important that the fundamental changes that are taking place and should take place in the countryside do not turn into some kind of another large-scale experiment on the Russian countryside.It is important to accept not one, but several models of spatial development of rural areas, taking into account their characteristics over the vast territory of the country.
В статье изложены основные предпосылки формирования и развития сельских агломераций в стране с учетом негативных структурных изменений на сельских территориях, связанных с ликвидацией так называемых неперспективных деревень. Отмечается, что в современных условиях развитие таких объединений на сельских территориях имеет устойчивую тенденцию, когда, с одной стороны, в стране неуклонно увеличивается количество заброшенных и умирающих деревень, а с другой - происходит относительно быстрыми темпами рост числа немногочисленных сельских населенных пунктов с высокой концентрацией в них населения и производственных ресурсов. Хотя базовое понятие сельские агломерации не лишено отдельных недостатков, тем не менее оно принято официально и является более конкретным по сравнению с другими его определениями. При этом важно, чтобы коренные изменения, которые происходят и должны произойти на селе, не превратились в своего рода очередной крупномасштабный эксперимент над российской деревней. Важно принять не одну, а несколько моделей пространственного развития сельских территорий, учитывая их особенности на огромной территории страны.
