The article pays attention to the basics of developing the infrastructure of Russian commodity markets in order to ensure food security in the context of global transformations of economic relations. A model of infrastructural support for commodity markets is presented; in addition, the main functions and conditions for the development of the infrastructure of commodity markets in Russia for the future are indicated. A pyramid of principles for the construction and functioning of the infrastructure of commodity markets in Russia is presented, which has a four-level structure with distributed principles by levels. A logical and graphical model of step-by-step functional tasks of the information and digital block for the development of infrastructural support for commodity markets is also presented, which will help ensure balanced supply and demand, in order to meet the interests of producers and consumers in national commodity markets and international trading platforms.
В статье рассмотрены основы развития инфраструктуры товарных рынков России с целью обеспечения продовольственной безопасности в условиях глобальных трансформаций экономических отношений. Представлена модель инфраструктурного обеспечения товарных рынков, а также раскрыты основные функции и условия развития инфраструктуры товарных рынков в России на перспективу. Приводится пирамида принципов построения и функционирования инфраструктуры товарных рынков в России, которая имеет четырёхуровневую структуру с распределёнными по уровням принципами. Также представлена логико-графическая модель поэтапных функциональных задач информационно-цифрового блока развития инфраструктурного обеспечения товарных рынков, которая будет способствовать обеспечению сбалансированных спроса и предложения для целей удовлетворения интересов производителей и потребителей на национальных товарных рынках и международных торговых площадках.
