The article analyzes the current situation in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, identifies problems and factors that negatively affect the pace of development of agricultural enterprises and suggests measures to eliminate them. The basic principles of developing an algorithm for constructing an organizational and economic mechanism of a fair wage system and the stages of implementing this mechanism at enterprises are presented. The influence of the organizational and economic mechanism of a fair wage system on the performance and profitability of enterprises in conditions of fierce competition is determined.
В статье дан анализ текущей ситуации в АПК РФ, выявлены проблемы и факторы, негативно влияющие на темпы развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий и предложены меры по их устранению. Представлены основные принципы разработки алгоритма построения организационно-экономического механизма справедливой системы оплаты труда и этапы внедрения данного механизма на предприятиях. Определено влияние организационно-экономического механизма справедливой системы оплаты труда на результаты деятельности и рентабельности предприятий в условиях жёсткой конкурентной борьбы.
