The article shows the level of provision of the Russian population with basic food products and their economic accessibility. An analysis of agricultural production by category of farms for 2000-2021 was carried out, for each of them changes in the volumes and share of products received were presented. It is concluded that peasant (farm) households have high sustainability and great potential, the full implementation of which would make it possible to make a significant contribution to solving the problem of food security. Based on the analysis of the activities of peasant (farm) households, the reasons hindering their development have been identified, and proposals have been made to eliminate them.
В статье показаны уровень обеспечения населения России основными продуктами питания и их экономическая доступность. Проведен анализ производства сельхозпродукции по категориям хозяйств за 2000-2021 гг., по каждой из них представлены изменения объемов и удельного веса полученной продукции. Сделан вывод, что К(Ф)Х обладают высокой устойчивостью и большим потенциалом, полноценная реализация которого позволила бы внести существенный вклад в решение проблемы продовольственной безопасности страны. На основе анализа деятельности К(Ф)Х выявлены причины, сдерживающие их развитие, предложены направления их устранения.
