The article discusses the strategic documents of the Russian Federation regulating the innovative development of the food industry in the Siberian Federal District. The purpose of the study is to determine the innovative development of the industry based on the rational use of raw materials, optimal development of the capacities of food and processing enterprises, improvement of commodity strategies of export-oriented enterprises. The assessment of the development of the agricultural raw materials market, the current state of the industry is given. Conclusions are drawn that further innovative development of the industry is impossible without an active industrial policy, the creation of state-owned enterprises in the most significant sub-sectors, and the conduct of multi-vector innovation activities.
В статье рассмотрены стратегические документы Российской Федерации, регламентирующие инновационное развитие пищевой промышленности в Сибирском федеральном округе. Цель исследования заключается в определении инновационного развития отрасли на основе рационального использования сырьевых ресурсов, оптимального развития мощностей пищевых и перерабатывающих предприятий, совершенствования товарных стратегий экспортно-ориентированных предприятий. Дана оценка развития рынка сельскохозяйственного сырья, текущего состояния отрасли. Сделаны выводы о том, что дальнейшее инновационное развитие отрасли невозможно без активной промышленной политики, создания государственных предприятий в наиболее значимых подотраслях, ведения многовекторной инновационной деятельности.
