The article discusses the issues of planning agricultural development indicators in one of the North Arctic regions. The purpose of the study is to determine the need to change approaches to predictive calculations of indicators of agricultural development, as well as to take into account the factor of innovation as having the greatest impact on the state of the industry. In addition to this, the author proposes to take into account the need for synchronous development of agriculture and rural areas and apply an integrated approach to forecasting. The research was carried out on the basis of economic and statistical methods, analytical and computational algorithms for processing information on the development of agriculture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
В статье рассматриваются вопросы планирования показателей развития сельского хозяйства одного из северо-арктических регионов. Целью исследования определена необходимость изменения подходов к прогнозным расчетам показателей развития сельского хозяйства, а также учета фактора инновационности как имеющего наибольшее воздействие на состояние отрасли. Дополнительно к этому автор предлагает учитывать необходимость синхронного развития сельского хозяйства и сельских территорий и применять комплексный подход при прогнозировании. Исследования проводились на основе экономико-статистических методов, аналитико-вычислительных алгоритмов обработки информации по развитию сельского хозяйства Республики Саха (Якутия).
