The article analyzes the activities of agricultural enterprises in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, and also identifies the main problems of its unstable functioning, which made it possible to determine the influencing factors and principles for the formation of an effective wage mechanism at enterprises. The structure of optimal distribution of profits at agricultural enterprises is presented and recommendations are given on the formation of a fair wage system for workers in agricultural and processing enterprises for the short and long term development.
В статье проведен анализ деятельности сельскохозяйственных предприятий в сфере АПК РФ, а также выявлены основные проблемы его нестабильного функционирования, что позволило определить факторы влияния и принципы формирования эффективного механизма оплаты труда на предприятиях. Представлена структура оптимального распределения прибыли на предприятиях АПК и даны рекомендации по формированию справедливой системы оплаты труда для работников сельскохозяйственных и перерабатывающих предприятий на ближайшую и долгосрочную перспективу развития.
