The article discusses the formation of a system of controlling the economic sustainability of agricultural organizations with the help of the organization of agrochemical service. The main functions of the relevant department in the context of the organizationrsquo;s management are determined, as well as the competencies necessary for the service staff are established.
В статье рассматривается формирование системы контроллинга экономической устойчивости организаций сельского хозяйства с помощью организации агрохимической службы. Определяются основные функции соответствующего отдела в разрезе управления организацией, а также устанавливаются необходимые для сотрудников службы компетенции.
