The article presents an analysis of changes in the value of imports of fruit and vegetable products to Egypt for 2010-2021. The transformation of import volumes from abroad is considered both in the whole of this food group and in the context of its main subgroups. The changes in the parameters and structure of imports of fruit and vegetable products to Egypt by the countries acting as its main suppliers are analyzed and characterized, and a rating for 2021 of fifteen main ones is compiled. Similar calculations and conclusions were made for specific subgroups of two groups: 07 Vegetables, root crops and tubers and 08 Fruits, berries and nuts. The authors found that in 2010-2021, the import of fruit and vegetable products to Egypt increased fromnbsp;627.4milliontonbsp;1,130.2 million, that is, 1.8 times. However, this was mainly due to the group 08 Fruits, berries and nuts. As a result, the share of vegetables and root crops in this indicator decreased from 67.9% in 2010 to 43.2% in 2021, and the share of fruits and berries increased from 32.1% to 56.8%.
В статье представлен анализ изменений в стоимостном импорте плодоовощной продукции в Египет за 2010-2021 гг. Рассмотрена трансформация объемов ввоза из-за рубежа как в целом указанной продовольственной группы, так и в разрезе ее основных подгрупп. Проанализированы и охарактеризованы изменения параметров и структуры импорта в Египет плодоовощной продукции по странам, выступающим основными ее поставщиками, и составлен рейтинг за 2021 г. пятнадцати главных из них. Аналогичные расчеты и выводы проведены по конкретным подгруппам двух групп: 07 Овощи, корнеплоды и клубнеплоды и 08 Фрукты, ягоды и орехи. Авторы выявили, что за 2010-2021 гг. импорт плодоовощной продукции в Египет вырос с 627,4 млн долл. США до 1130,2 млн долл., то есть в 1,8 раза. Однако в основном это произошло за счет группы 08 Фрукты, ягоды и орехи. В итоге доля овощей и корнеплодов в этом показателе сократилась с 67,9% в 2010 г. до 43,2% в 2021 г., а удельный вес фруктов и ягод возрос с 32,1% до 56,8%.
