The article considers the prospects for the development of the raw material base for the commodity production of hop raw materials. The trends in the development of the hop-growing industry in the Chuvash Republic are presented and analyzed. The problems of commodity producers and processors of hop raw materials in the current conditions of agribusiness development are formulated. The obtained results prove that the innovative development of the industry involves not only the use of resource-saving technologies in the production and processing of hop raw materials, but also the production of hop raw materials of various marketability.
В статье рассмотрены перспективы развития сырьевой базы товарного производства хмелесырья. Представлены и проанализированы тенденции развития подотрасли хмелеводства в Чувашской Республике, сформулированы проблемы товаропроизводителей и переработчиков хмелесырья в современных условиях развития агробизнеса. Полученные результаты доказывают, что инновационное развитие отрасли предполагает не только применение ресурсосберегающих технологий в производстве и переработке хмелесырья, но и производство хмелесырья разной товарности.
