In the current conditions, oilseeds and their processed products are profitable and in-demand goods on the markets, and this situation will continue in the medium term. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, there is a positive trend in the acreage of oilseeds, the region occupies a leading position in the Siberian Federal District in terms of the gross harvest of spring rapeseed, the share of these crops in the revenue structure of agricultural organizations is increasing. At the same time, the Krasnoyarsk Territory has a lower profitability of oilseed production compared to other regions of the Siberian Federal District. The main problems of the fat-and-oil subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex of the region are, on the one hand, a significant shortage of processing capacities, and on the other hand, the underutilization of existing ones. As a result, most of the oilseed crop is sold both in other regions of Russia and abroad. To solve the problems, the article proposes a scenario for expanding the raw material base by increasing the sowing of oilseeds, as well as increasing the industrial production of products of the fat-and-oil subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex in the region. The implementation of investment projects for the development of the fat-and-oil subcomplex in the region will have a significant socio-economic effect.
В текущих условиях семена масличных культур и продукты их переработки являются прибыльными и востребованными товарами на рынках, и это положение сохранится в среднесрочной перспективе. В Красноярском крае наблюдаются положительная динамика посевных площадей масличных культур, регион занимает лидирующие позиции в Сибирском федеральном округе по валовому сбору ярового рапса, увеличивается доля этой культур в структуре выручки сельскохозяйственных организаций. При этом Красноярский край имеет более низкую рентабельность масличного производства по сравнению с другими регионами СФО Основными проблемами масложирового подкомплекса АПК края являются, с одной стороны, существенная нехватка перерабатывающих мощностей, а с другой - недозагруженность имеющихся. В результате большая часть урожая семян масличных реализуется как в других регионах России, так и за рубежом. Для решения проблем в статье предлагается сценарий расширения сырьевой базы за счёт увеличения посевов масличных культур, а также наращивания промышленного производства продукции масложирового подкомплекса АПК в крае. Реализация инвестиционных проектов по развитию масложирового подкомплекса в регионе даст значительный социально-экономический эффект.
