The article summarizes the experience of the expanded BRICS countries in developing cooperation within the digital agenda. The article emphasizes the linear nature of the digital agenda within BRICS: from ICT cooperation and cyberthreat prevention to the widespread adoption of digital technologies in industry and finance. The authors identify the specifics of a decision-making support mechanism for digitalization and conclude that the contours of a comprehensive partnership are emerging across a range of areas. A comparative analysis of national regulatory regimes for data management and e-commerce development demonstrates the heterogeneity of digital policies in the expanded BRICS countries, despite a shared understanding of strengthening digital sovereignty amid a new global order.

Представленное исследование обобщает опыт стран расширенного БРИКС в развитии сотрудничества в рамках цифровой повестки. В статье подчеркивается линейность формирования цифровой повестки в рамках БРИКС: от взаимодействия в сфере ИКТ и предотвращения киберугроз до широкого внедрения цифровых технологий в промышленность и сферу финансов. Авторами определяются особенности механизма поддержки принятия решений в сфере цифровизации, делается вывод о формировании контуров всеобъемлющего партнерства по целому ряду направлений. На примере сравнительного анализа национальных регуляторных режимов в управлении данными и развития электронной коммерции продемонстрирована гетерогенность в цифровой политике стран расширенного БРИКС несмотря на общее понимание укрепления цифрового суверенитета в условиях формирования новой модели мироустройства
