The article examines the impact of digitalization on the transformation of corporate social responsibility strategies of international companies amid the transition to green and socially oriented tools. The advantages and disadvantages of digitalization and the introduction of ESG principles into corporate social responsibility systems of ICT companies are systematized. It is shown that in the era of climate change, the introduction of digital solutions (cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, big data, and energy-efficient corporate governance platforms), on the one hand, optimize approaches to the implementation of social and environmental initiatives of international ICT companies, however, on the other hand, they have a negative impact on the environment, increasing the number of electricity consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. It was concluded that digitalization and corporate governance of the business of the world's largest companies should be inextricably linked with the use of energy-saving green technologies.
В статье рассмотрено влияние цифровизации на трансформацию стратегий корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО) международных компаний в условиях перехода на «зеленые» и социально ориентированные инструменты. Систематизированы преимущества и недостатки цифровизации и внедрения принципов ESG в системы КСО ИКТ-компаний. Показано, что в эпоху климатических перемен внедрение цифровых решений (облачные технологии, искусственный интеллект, большие данные и энергоэффективные платформы корпоративного управления), с одной стороны, оптимизируют подходы к реализации социальных и экологических инициатив международных ИКТ-компаний, однако, с другой стороны, при этом оказывают отрицательное воздействие на окружающую среду, увеличивая количество потребляемой электроэнергии и выбросов углекислого газа (CO2). Был сделан вывод о том, что цифровизация и корпоративное управление бизнеса крупнейших компаний мира должна быть неразрывно связано с применением энергосберегающих «зеленых» технологий
