The article analyzes the parallels of the confrontation between Russia and the collective West in a historical context. The stages of rivalry between the domestic and Western economies in the pre-war and war periods of the late 1930-s – early 1940-s of the and in the context of the modern hybrid war of the 2020s are compared. The continuity and interconnection of global challenges to the economies of the USSR and the Russian Federation over a period of 80 years are substantiated. Within the framework of the studied periods, an analysis and comparison of the consequences of global crises and exacerbation of social conflicts is carried out. The continuity in the transformation of forms and methods of state regulation at the national and interstate levels over a period of 80 years is characterized. The reasons for the recurring periods of tough confrontation between the socio-economic systems of the collective West and Russia in the evolutionary process are substantiated.
В статье анализируются параллели противостояния России и коллективного Запада в историческом контексте. Сопоставляются этапы соперничества отечественной и западных экономик в предвоенном и военном периодах конца 1930-х – начала 1940-х гг. ХХ века и в условиях современной гибридной войны 2020-х гг. Обосновывается преемственность и взаимосвязь глобальных вызовов экономике СССР и РФ в дистанции 80 лет. В рамках исследуемых периодов проведен анализ и сравнение последствий общемировых кризисных ситуаций и обострения социальных конфликтов. Охарактеризована преемственность в преобразовании форм и методов государственного регулирования на национальном и межгосударственном уровнях в дистанции 80 лет. Обоснованы причины повторяющихся периодов жесткого противостояния социально-экономических систем коллективного Запада и России в эволюционном процессе.
