The article discusses new theories concerning the accumulation of innovative and anthropogenic capital, as well as institutional mechanisms of knowledge transfer. Based on the analysis of these concepts, the article proposes indicators of the development of the institutional environment of the information economy as an element of the economic growth model. The article examines the dependence of institutional indicators of the information economy on the impact of the state's macroeconomic policy and determines the directions of the institutional environment's influence on the economic development of the Republic of Belarus. Additionally, the article develops a mathematical model of the impact of the basic indicators of the development of the institutional infrastructure of the information economy on the economic growth of the Republic of Belarus.

В статье рассмотрены новые теории, предполагающие накопление инновационного и антропогенного капитала и институциональные механизмы перетока знаний; на основе анализа данных концепций предложены показатели развития институциональной среды информационной экономики как элемента модели экономического роста, рассмотрена зависимость институциональных индикаторов информационной экономики от воздействия макроэкономической политики государства, определены направления влияния институциональной среды информационной экономики на экономическое развитие Республики Беларусь; разработана математическая модель влияния базовых показателей развития институциональной инфраструктуры информационной экономики на экономический рост Республики Беларусь
