The article reveals the key results of the development of the construction industry of the Samara region in modern conditions. The article analyzes dynamics and volumes of production in construction in relation to the assessment of internal and external factors. Methods such as statistical, retrospective and comparative analysis, abstract-logical method and others were used. The article is aimed at solving an urgent scientific problem of the development of the construction industry in a period of economic instability and the formation of conditions for providing the region with high-quality housing and infrastructure facilities. The features in the development of the industry that determine the vectors of further development are given. The proposed measures will give a new impetus to the development of the construction industry in the region. The results of the study may be of interest to students, postgraduates, and scientists studying the development of the Russian construction industry, as well as to public authorities in developing measures for state regulation of construction.
В статье раскрываются ключевые результаты развития строительной индустрии Самарской области в современных условиях. Исследована динамика и объемы производства в строительстве во взаимосвязи с оценкой внутренних и внешних факторов. В работе применялись такие методы, как статистический, ретроспективный и сравнительный анализ, абстрактно-логический метод и другие. Статья направлена на решение актуальной научной проблемы развития строительной отрасли в период экономической нестабильности и формирования условий для обеспечения региона качественным жильем и объектами инфраструктуры. Приведены особенности в развитии отрасли, которые определяют векторы дальнейшего развития, а предложенные мероприятия дадут новый импульс развитию строительной индустрии региона. Результаты исследования могут представлять интерес для студентов, аспирантов и ученых, изучающих проблемы развития российского строительного комплекса, а также государственным органам власти при выработке мер государственного регулирования строительства.
