The article analyzes the integration problems of housing policy in the Austrian capital. There is an improvement in the living conditions of migrants due to the activation of social housing programs in municipal, cooperative and private housing stock. Special attention is paid to the diversification of immigrant families in different areas of the city, taking into account the construction of new housing and the modernization of existing housing. Examples of residential buildings and housing estates with integration functions, their operational experiences and an assessment of the benefits of mixed living by the residents themselves are given. The article highlights the particularities of integration housing policy in Vienna over the past decades in comparison with other major Western European cities. The article emphasizes the importance of active participation in integration housing issues by both city organizations and all citizens, involving the migrant population in their place of residence from the design stage of buildings to everyday life in their immediate environment. These factors are seen as prerequisites for the successful integration of newcomers into the urban community.
Анализируются интеграционные проблемы жилищной политики в столице Австрии. Прослеживаeтся улучшение жилищных условий мигрантов за счет активизации социальных жилищных программ в муниципальном, кооперативном и частном жилом фонде. Особое внимание обращается на диверсификацию семей с миграционными корнями в различных районах города с учетом строительства нового и модернизации существующего жилища. Приводятся примеры жилых зданий и жилой застройки с интеграционными функциями, опыт их эксплуатации и оценка преимуществ смешанного проживания самими жителями. Подчеркиваются особенности интеграционной жилищной политики последних десятилетий в Вене по сравнению с другими крупными западноевропейскими городами. Отмечается важность активного участия в проблематике интеграционного жилища как городских организаций, так и всех горожан с привлечением миграционного населения по месту проживания от стадии проектирования зданий до повседневной жизни в их непосредственном окружении. Эти факторы рассматриваются как предпосылки успешной интеграции приезжих в городское сообщество.
