The main purpose of the study is to examine the conditions under which the development of the manufacturing industry ensures economic growth of the economy. The article discusses researches aimed at identifying factors of economic growth and development of the manufacturing industry. On the basis of the econometric analysis, the thresholds of the human capital index and government efficiency were identified, at which the manufacturing industry will have a positive impact on economic growth. On the basis of the obtained results, recommendations for the development of the manufacturing industry to ensure economic growth of the economy were determined.

Основной целью исследования является изучение условий, при которых развитие обрабатывающей промышленности обеспечивает экономический подъём экономики. В статье рассмотрены работы, направленные на выявление факторов влияния на экономический рост и развитие обрабатывающей промышленности. На основе эконометрического анализа выявлены пороговые значения для индекса человеческого капитала и государственной эффективности, при которых обрабатывающая промышленность будет оказывать положительное воздействие на экономический рост. На основе полученных результатов определены рекомендации по развитию обрабатывающей промышленности в обеспечении экономического роста страны.
