The article systematically analyzes the features of the digital economy and the characteristics of labor productivity in connection with its development. The mechanisms of increasing labor productivity through three elements of labor (employee, object of labor, and means of labor) are explained. Based on this analysis, the impact of labor productivity on five key indicators of company development is discussed. These five elements are: innovation, coordination, environmental friendliness, openness and separation. By building a clear indicator system, the article provides a theoretical framework and practical recommendations for optimizing labor productivity and achieving sustainable company development in the digital economy era.

В статье систематически анализируются особенности цифровой экономики и характеристики производительности труда в условиях её развития. Разъясняются механизмы повышения производительности труда через три элемента труда (работник, предмет труда и средства труда). На основе данного анализа обсуждается влияние производительности труда на пять ключевых показателей развития предприятий: инновации, координация, экологичность, открытость и разделение. Путём построения чёткой системы индикаторов статья предоставляет теоретическую основу и практические рекомендации для оптимизации производительности труда и достижения устойчивого развития предприятий в эпоху цифровой экономики.
