The article is devoted to the identification and modeling of the relationship between the parameters of financial and technological components of innovative development at the regional and federal district levels. The relevance of the study is due to the presence of certain gaps in the assessment and analysis of the relationship between the parameters of innovative development, as well as the differentiation of territories in this area. The article examines the dynamics of indicators of innovative development of regions, federal districts and Russia for the period 2000-2022. It was revealed that there is a high level of regional differentiation in the context of the analyzed indicators, which increases over time. At the same time, a significant number of territories have development models different from the national ones. According to the degree of balance of innovative development in financial and technological aspects, the primary classification of federal districts was formed. It is concluded that there are several regions whose development can be defined as balanced, but at the same time these territories are not leaders in quantitative indicators. The characteristics of innovative development are largely determined by the system of interaction and cooperation. The continuation of this study is seen in the study of the peculiarities of development of individual territories from the point of view of identification and detailed description of regional characteristics. The research can be used in the future by scientists and representatives of public and municipal authorities for planning and analysis of infrastructural, innovative and social regional and national processes.
Данная работа посвящена выявлению и моделированию взаимосвязи параметров финансовой и технологической составляющих инновационного развития на уровне регионов и федеральных округов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена наличием отдельных пробелов в оценке и анализе взаимосвязи параметров инновационного развития, а также дифференциации территорий по данной сфере. В статье рассмотрена динамика показателей инновационного развития регионов, федеральных округов и России за период 2000-2022 годы. Выявлено, что наблюдается высокий уровень региональной дифференциации в разрезе анализируемых показателей, который возрастает со временем. При этом значительное число территорий имеют модели развития отличные от национальных. Сформирована первичная классификация федеральных округов по степени сбалансированности инновационного развития в финансовом и технологическом аспектах. Сделан вывод о наличии нескольких регионов, развитие которых можно определить, как сбалансированное, но при этом данные территории не являются лидерами по количественным показателям. Особенности инновационного развития во многом обусловлены системой взаимодействия и сотрудничества. Продолжение данного исследования видится в изучении особенностей развития отдельных территорий с позиции выявление и детального описания региональных особенностей. Данное исследование может использоваться в дальнейшем исследователями и представителями органов государственной и муниципальной власти для планирования и анализа инфраструктурных, инновационных и социальных региональных и национальных процессов.
