The article is devoted to the analysis of platform employment in the Russian labor market. The author shows that the large-scale development of platform employment is caused by the digitalization of the labor market, which affects the transformation of its main segments. It is shown that platform employment has a dual form of manifestation in the labor market. On the one hand, it creates new jobs and involves significant groups of the population in the labor process; on the other hand, it provides diversification of forms of employment, on the basis of which a new type of labor relations is formed. At the same time, the large-scale development of platform employment has negative consequences, which are manifested in the destructurization of the labor market under the influence of the flow of labor from various sectors of the economy to platforms. The most sensitive group of employees exposed to this influence is the youth, who are actively involved in platform employment. As a result, there is a reduction in the number of young employees in the sectors of the economy and a violation of the principle of continuity of retiring employees of older generations. The identified challenges for the Russian labor market due to the peculiarities of the manifestation of platform employment and its scale require the development of directions of state regulation of platform employment.
Статья посвящена анализу состояния платформенной занятости на российском рынке труда. Автор показывает, что масштабное развитие платформенной занятости вызвано цифровизацией рынка труда, которая оказывает влияние на трансформацию его основных сегментов. Обосновывается, что платформенная занятость имеет двойственную форму проявления на рынке труда, с одной стороны, она создает новые рабочие места и вовлекает в трудовой процесс значительные группы населения, а, с другой стороны, обеспечивает диверсификацию форм занятости, на основе которой формируется новый тип трудовых отношений. При этом масштабное развитие платформенной занятости имеет отрицательные последствия, которые проявляются в деструктуризации рынка труда под влиянием перетока рабочей силы из различных отраслей экономики на платформы. Наиболее чувствительной группой работников, подверженных этому влиянию, является молодежь, которая активно вовлекается в платформенную занятость. В результате происходит сокращение молодых работников в отраслях экономики и нарушение принципа преемственности уходящих на пенсию работников старших поколений. Выявленные вызовы для российского рынка труда, обусловленные спецификой проявления платформенной занятости и ее масштабами, требуют разработки направлений государственного регулирования платформенной занятости.
