In the article, the recovery of rural areas and the agro-industrial complex is considered as a prerequisite for the preservation of the status of the world power by the Russian Federation. The peculiarities of the Russian agrarian civilization, the positive and negative experience of passing through certain stages of development of agriculture and related industries are considered. Special attention is paid to the issues of rational land tenure and land use in these conditions.
В статье восстановление села и агропромышленного комплекса рассматривается как обязательное условие сохранения Российской Федерацией статуса мировой державы. В ней исследуются особенности русской земледельческой цивилизации, положительный и отрицательный опыт прохождения отдельных стадий развития сельского хозяйства и связанных с ним отраслей.
