The article discusses various methods of improving labor efficiency in the digital economy using a cyber-social approach in a networked society. Based on the analysis of trends in the development of labor activity in the digital economy and the cyber community (network society), their impact on improving labor efficiency is discussed. The article provides a detailed analysis in five areas: the deepening and flexibility of the division of labor, the transformation of employment models, the diversity of labor supply and demand, the introduction of new technologies and tools, and the digital transformation of human capital. With the development of the cybercommunity (network society), digital technologies are overcoming the temporal and spatial limitations of traditional work models, promoting global collaboration and flexible employment, and significantly increasing labor efficiency through virtual teams and automation. The article provides a theoretical framework and practical methods to further optimize resource allocation and improve labor efficiency, emphasizing the importance of digital skills and continuous learning.

В данной статье рассматриваются различные методы повышения эффективности труда в условиях цифровой экономики с использованием киберсоциального подхода в сетевом обществе. На основе анализа тенденций развития трудовой деятельности в цифровой экономике и киберсообщества (сетевого общества) обсуждается их влияние на повышение эффективности труда. Статья проводит детальный анализ по пяти направлениям: углубление и гибкость разделения труда, трансформация моделей занятости, разнообразие спроса и предложения труда, внедрение новых технологий и инструментов, а также цифровая трансформация человеческого капитала. По мере развития киберсообщества (сетевого общества) цифровые технологии преодолевают временные и пространственные ограничения традиционных моделей труда, способствуя глобальному сотрудничеству и гибкой занятости, а также значительно увеличивают эффективность труда через виртуальные команды и автоматизацию. Настоящая работа предоставляет теоретическую основу и практические методы для дальнейшей оптимизации распределения ресурсов и повышения эффективности труда, акцентируя важность цифровых навыков и непрерывного обучения
