The article is devoted to the study of sustainable development of human-centered economy. The article reveals the existence of numerous directions of economic development, substantiates the possibility of economic development by putting man with his needs in the center of attention, and proves the necessity of formation and development of human-centered economy (the key areas of this economic system are natural sphere, material sphere, service sector, social sphere, infosphere, digital sphere, creatosphere, and cognitive sphere). The importance of creatosphere as a universal means of development of the whole human-centered economy is determined. The scheme of the system functioning in relation to the creatosphere has been developed. It contains the following components: external influence (the need for new ideas); memory (the experience of generating new ideas); resources (creative abilities and limited freedom); programming block (methodology, technology, techniques, and methods of generating ideas); executive body (professional and non-professional actors); and the result (new ideas). The theoretical significance of the developed scheme provides directions for further promising research in order to build a full-fledged, scientifically based theory of human-centered economy. The practical value of the conducted research lies in the possibility of designing managerial aspects in relation to the creatosphere, the effectiveness of which affects economic development as a whole. This article may be of interest to representatives of the scientific community and a wide range of researchers dealing with the problems of human-centered economy and the creatosphere.

Статья посвящена вопросам устойчивого развития человеко-ориентированной экономики. В статье раскрывается наличие многочисленных направлений развития экономики; обосновывается возможность экономического развития через постановку в центр внимания человека с его потребностями; доказывается потребность формирования и развития человеко-ориентированной экономики (ключевые сферы данной экономической системы – природная сфера, материальная сфера, сфера услуг, социальная сфера, инфосфера, цифровая сфера, креатосфера и когнитивная сфера); определена важность развития креатосферы как универсального средства развития всей человеко-центричной экономики. Научный результат: разработана схема функционирования системы применительно к креатосфере, содержащая следующие компоненты: внешнее воздействие – потребности в новых идеях; память – опыт генерации новых идей; ресурсы – креативные способности, «ограниченная» свобода; блок программирования – методология, технология, методики, методы генерации идей; орган исполнитель – профессиональные и непрофессиональные акторы; результат – новые идеи. Теоретическая значимость разработанной схемы дает направления дальнейших перспективных исследований с целью выстраивания полноценной научно-обоснованной теории человеко-ориентированной экономики. Практическая ценность проведенного исследования заключается в возможности конструирования управленческих аспектов в отношении креатосферы, результативность которой сказываться на экономическом развитии в целом.
