The article deals with the issues of interrelation of individual parameters of innovative and infrastructural development at the regional level. The relevance of this research area is related to the main guidelines of innovative development, as well as significant processes and phenomena of recent years: the impact of sanctions on the Russian economy and the introduction of the foundations of sustainable development. The author's approach to modeling the parameters of innovative development from the indicators of the infrastructure component and human capital was formed. The elements of scientific novelty include the obtained modeling tools, as well as the identification of individual features of territorial development. The application of the author's approach allows to solve individual tasks of planning the innovative development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, taking into account the perspective of inclusion of individual territorial features. As a result, models of the national level, as well as significant regional models were obtained. The existence of a relationship between individual parameters of innovative development and the infrastructural component was proved; and regional peculiarities of the formation of these processes were revealed. This study can be used by researchers and representatives of public and municipal authorities for planning and analysis of social and demographic regional and national processes.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимосвязи отдельных параметров инновационного и инфраструктурного развития н региональном уровне. Актуальность данного направления исследования связана с основными ориентирами инновационного развития, а также значимыми процессами и явлениями ряда последних лет: санкционное воздействие на российскую экономику, внедрение основ устойчивого развития. В работе был сформирован авторский подход моделирования параметра инновационного развития от показателей инфраструктурой составляющей и человеческого капитала. К элементам научной новизны можно отнести полученный инструментарий моделирования, а также выявление индивидуальных особенностей территориального развития. Использование авторского подхода позволяет решать отдельные задачи планирования инновационного развития субъектов Федерации, а также в перспективе включения индивидуальных территориальных особенностей. В результате были получены модели национального уровня, а также значимые региональные модели. Было доказано наличие взаимосвязи между отдельными параметрами инновационного развития и инфраструктурной составляющей, выявлены региональные особенности формирования данных процессов. Данное исследование может использоваться в дальнейшем исследователями и представителями органов государственной и муниципальной власти для планирования и анализа социальных и демографических региональных и национальных процессов.
