<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes the problems of integration of people with disabilities into the open labor market.
The article examines international experience in creating conditions for promotion of employment of people with disabilities.

The authors consider mechanisms of job quotas for people with disabilities and analyze the strategies used to develop an inclusive labor market and prospects for expansion of employment of people with disabilities based on digitalization of workplaces.
The article summarizes the main directions of integration of people with disabilities into working life, used in international practice.
 The authors emphasize the unacceptability of social isolation of people with disabilities and the need to develop a decent working environment for them.
Based on the analysis of the modern practice of state regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market, the main directions of integration of people with disabilities into working life are formulated. The results of the study may be of interest to organizations responsible for the implementation of measures to promote the employment of people with disabilities, as well as specialists in the field of social work and a wide range of readers interested in the problems of integration of people with disabilities into working life.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В данной статье проанализированы проблемы интеграции инвалидов в открытый рынок труда; международный опыт по созданию условий для содействия занятости инвалидов; рассмотрены механизмы квотирования рабочих мест для инвалидов; проанализированы используемые стратегии развития инклюзивного рынка труда и перспективы расширения занятости инвалидов на основе цифровизации рабочих мест; обобщены основные направления интеграции инвалидов в сферу занятости, используемые в международной практике. Авторы сделали акцент на недопустимости социальной изоляции инвалидов и необходимости развития достойной трудовой среды для людей с инвалидностью. На основе анализа современной практики государственного регулирования социально-трудовых отношений на рынке труда сформулированы основные направления интеграции инвалидов в сферу занятости. Результаты исследования могут быть интересны организациям, ответственными за реализацию мероприятий по содействию занятости инвалидов, а также специалистам в области социальной работы и широкого круга читателей, интересующихся проблемами интеграции инвалидов в сферу занятости.</p>
