The article examines the issues of the well-being of Siberian rural households in the context of the socio-economic and demographic development of the constituent entities of the Siberian Federal District. Based on the analysis of international and domestic statistics, the article reveals the global prevalence of rural poverty, the level of which is related to the specific features of territorial development. The purpose of the study was to examine the well-being of the rural population of the Siberian regions in the context of territorial development. To achieve this goal, such methods as structural analysis, statistical data processing, and a comparative approach were used. On the basis of Rosstat statistics, the analysis of the main indicators of socio-economic and demographic development in the constituent entities of the Siberian Federal District was carried out. Data on the number and structure of the rural low income population in the constituent entities of the Siberian Federal District were systematized. The main factors and causes of rural poverty in Siberia were identified. The most important factors include the lack of paid employment in rural areas and low wages. Lower income levels and inadequate social infrastructure in rural communities lead to migration of the working population to urban areas, which has a negative impact on the demographic situation in the constituent entities of Siberia. To address the problem of rural poverty, key measures include the development of social infrastructure, comprehensive support for small and medium-sized companies, and the promotion of agricultural cooperation. These measures are aimed at creating employment opportunities and improving the standard of living in rural areas, thereby contributing to the overall socio-economic development of Siberia's regions.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы материальной обеспеченности сельских домохозяйств Сибири в контексте социально-экономического и демографического развития субъектов Сибирского федерального округа. На основе изучения международных и отечественных статистических данных выявлен глобальный характер распространения сельской бедности, уровень которой взаимосвязан с особенностями развития территорий. Целью исследования является изучение на основе экономического благосостояния сельского населения регионов Сибири в контексте развития территорий. В ходе выполнения работы были использованы методы структурного анализа, статистической обработки информации, сравнительный подход и т.д. На основе статистических данных Росстата были проанализированы основные показатели социально-экономического и демографического развития субъектов СФО, получены и систематизированы данные о численности и структуре малоимущего сельского населения регионов СФО, выявлены основные факторы и причины бедности сельских территорий Сибири, наиболее значимыми из которых является отсутствие оплачиваемой работы на селе или низкие доходы от занятости. Более низкий уровень доходов и недостаточно развитая социальная инфраструктура в сельских поселениях обуславливают миграцию трудоспособного населения в города, что оказывает негативный эффект на демографическую ситуацию в субъектах СФО. Ключевыми механизмами решения проблемы сельской бедности являются развитие социальной инфраструктуры, комплексная поддержка малых форм хозяйствования, развитие сельскохозяйственной кооперации
