China-Russia cross-border tourism cooperation serves as an important way to promote economic and trade relations, cultural exchanges and regional development for both countries. The article explores the models and economic efficiency of cross-border tourism between the two nations. The article examines the historical development of their cooperation in the tourism sector and analyzes three primary cooperation models: the government-led model, the joint venture model, and the regional cooperation model. The article also constructs an evaluation index system that includes the foundation, mechanisms, content, and results of cooperation, and conducts a comparative analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, and applicability of each model. The study finds that although China-Russia cross-border tourism cooperation brings significant economic benefits, certain challenges remain. They are as follows: imperfect institutional mechanisms, backward infrastructure, homogeneous tourism products, and insufficient marketing efforts. In conclusion, the article proposes appropriate countermeasures to address these existing problems, including strengthening the government's leading role, refining cooperation mechanisms, increasing infrastructure investment, diversifying tourism products, and enhancing marketing efforts. These measures aim to ensure the stable, rapid and sustainable development of China-Russia cross-border tourism cooperation.

Трансграничное сотрудничество в сфере туризма между Китаем и Россией является важным путем развития торгово-экономических связей, гуманитарных обменов и регионального развития двух стран. В данной статье глубоко исследуются модели и экономическая эффективность трансграничного туризма между Китаем и Россией, рассматривается история развития трансграничного сотрудничества в сфере туризма между двумя странами, анализируются три основные модели сотрудничества: модель под руководством правительства, модель совместного предприятия и модель регионального сотрудничества. Исследование показало, что трансграничное сотрудничество в сфере туризма между Китаем и Россией имеет значительные экономические выгоды, но в то же время существуют и некоторые проблемы, такие как несовершенство институциональных механизмов, отставание инфраструктуры, однообразие туристических продуктов, недостаточный маркетинг и т. д. В заключении предложены соответствующие контрмеры в ответ на существующие проблемы, в том числе усиление руководящей роли правительства, совершенствование механизмов сотрудничества, увеличение инвестиций в инфраструктуру, обогащение предложения туристических продуктов, усиление маркетинга и т. д., с тем чтобы обеспечить стабильное, быстрое и устойчивое развитие трансграничного сотрудничества в сфере туризма между Китаем и Россией.
