The article examines potential directions for enhancing the standard of living, with a particular focus on the role of socio-technological determinants. Concurrently, a variety of options for enhancing the standard of living for the population in St. Petersburg and the Russian Federation are presented. The existing differentiation of living standards within the country and in the regions was identified. The article presents novel approaches to enhancing the quality of life for the country's population. This study examines the fluctuations in the Gini coefficient and the decile coefficient in Russia and St. Petersburg. The evolution of the Gini coefficient and the decile coefficient in Russia and St. Petersburg has been identified and elucidated. The evolution of socio-technological determinants in Russia between 2014 and 2022 is illustrated and subjected to analysis. This study enables the identification of solutions to issues pertaining to the enhancement of the population's standard of living. This paper identifies and examines the potential avenues for improving the standard of living, taking into account the socio-technological determinants that shape it. These domains for the advancement of the standard of living will facilitate a qualitative enhancement of the standard of living not only for the population of the megalopolis but also for the population of the country.
В статье рассмотрены направления повышения уровня жизни населения с учетом влияния социо-технологических детерминант. При этом показаны различные направления повышения уровня жизни населения в г. Санкт Петербург и Российской Федерации. Была выявлена существующая дифференциация уровня жизни внутри страны и в регионах. Показаны различные направления повышения уровня жизни, основаны на влиянии с учетом социо-технологических детерминант. В статье использовались новые направления повышения уровня жизни населения страны. Проанализированы изменения показателей коэффициентов Джини и децильного коэффициента в России и г. Санкт-Петербург. Установлена и выявлена динамика коэффициента Джини, децильного коэффициента по России и г. Санкт-Петербург. Показана и проанализирована динамика показателей социо-технологических детерминант в России за 2014-2022 гг. Это изучение позволяет решить проблемы, которые связанные с улучшением уровня жизни населения. Обозначены направления повышения уровня жизни населения с учетом социо-технологических детерминант. Эти направления повышения уровня жизни населения позволят качественно улучшить уровень жизни не только населения мегаполиса, но и населения страны.
