Based on a critical analysis of the available points of view of representatives of different economic schools on the understanding of the productiveness of labour, the article substantiates a concept that reveals the methodology of research, the nature and systemic content of the productiveness of labour and the structure of its essential attributes. The article identifies the primary source of productiveness of labour growth. The definition of increasing the productiveness of labour is given, which is implemented in practice by increasing labor productivity.
В статье на основе критического анализа имеющихся точек зрения представителей разных экономических школ на понимание производительной силы труда обоснована концепция, раскрывающая методологию исследования, сущности и системного содержания производительной силы труда, структуру его существенных атрибутов, выявлен первоисточник увеличения производительной силы труда, раскрыто и дано определение ее повышения, которое на практике реализуется посредством увеличения производительности труда
