The active development of technology today has a rather serious impact on the transformation of social and labor relations both in the world and in Russia. Thus, the introduction of innovation leads to a structural transformation of the economies of all countries. At the same time, it requires people to possess completely new competencies in order to perform more complex functions. Within the framework of the Russian reality, such a trend takes on features that differ from the global ones. The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern transformation of social and labor relations both in the world and in Russia in order to compare the trends in the development of the domestic labor market with foreign practice. In the course of the study, similar features of the renewal of the domestic and global labor market as well as differences in the course of this process were identified.
Активное развитие технологий сегодня оказывает достаточно серьёзное воздействие на трансформацию социально-трудовых отношений как во всём мире, так и в России. Так, внедрение инноваций приводит к структурной трансформации экономики всех стран, при этом требуя от людей обладания совершенно новыми компетенциями с целью выполнения более сложных функций. При этом, в рамках российской действительности подобная тенденция принимает черты, отличные от общемировых. Данная работа посвящена анализу современной трансформации социально-трудовых отношений как в мире, так и в России с целью сопоставления тенденции развития отечественного рынка труда с зарубежной практикой. В ходе выполнения исследования были выявлены схожие черты обновления отечественного и мирового рынка труда, а также определены различия протекания данного процесса.
