Currently, the relationships of digitalization parameters with indicators of the development of small and medium-sized businesses at the regional level have not been sufficiently studied. In addition, these processes have been influenced by economic and political factors in recent years. The article examines the dynamics of indicators characterizing the processes of digitalization and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the subjects of the Central Federal District. It is shown that the trends inherent to the national level persist in general and at the regional level. However, territorial processes have peculiarities that manifest themselves in the presence or absence of a statistical relationship between individual parameters of digitalization and SMEs. In order to identify these characteristics, correlation and regression analysis tools were used. The revealed relationships were confirmed by the formed regression models. According to the presence and quality of the relationship between the indicators, the primary classification of territories was formed. Models describing the relationship of these parameters at the regional level were suggested. The continuation of this research is seen in the study of peculiarities of development of individual territories from the point of view of identification and detailed description of regional characteristics. This article can be used in the future by researchers and representatives of public and municipal authorities for planning and analysis of social and economic regional and national processes.
Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена неполнотой изученности взаимосвязи параметров цифровизации и показателями развития малого и среднего бизнеса на региональном уровне. Кроме того, данные процессы подверглись влиянию экономических и политических факторов за ряд последних лет. В статье рассмотрена динамика показателей, характеризующих процессы цифровизации и развития малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) в субъектах Центрального федерального округа. Выявлено, что тенденции, присущие национальному уровню сохраняются в целом и на региональном уровне. Однако территориальные процессы имеют особенности, проявляющиеся в наличии или отсутствии статистически связи между отдельными параметрами цифровиации и МСП. С целью определения данных особенностей были применены инструменты корреляционно-регрессионного анализ. Выявленные взаимосвязи были подтверждены сформированными регрессионными моделями. Сформирована первичная классификация территорий по наличию и качеству связи между показателями. Сформированы модели, описывающие взаимосвязь данных параметров на региональном уровне. Продолжение данного исследования видится в изучении особенностей развития отдельных территорий с позиции выявление и детального описания региональных особенностей. Данное исследование может использоваться в дальнейшем исследователями и представителями органов государственной и муниципальной власти для планирования и анализа социальных и экономических региональных и национальных процессов.
