The article describes the key role of foreign direct investments (FDI) in driving cross-border technological innovation, emphasizing its significance in stimulating economic growth and promoting global market integration. Through an in-depth study of theoretical frameworks, impact mechanisms, and practical examples, the article illustrates how FDI can serve as an important conduit for technology transfer, enhance the competitive advantage of host countries, and promote a vibrant culture of innovation. In addition, the analysis highlights the importance of strategic approaches and policy formulation to maximize the FDI innovation benefits and ensure FDI effective contribution to technological progress and global economic integration. The article also recognizes research gaps, such as the intricate dynamics between FDI and host country innovation systems, and suggests areas for future research, including the socio-economic impacts of FDI-driven innovation on employment, income distribution, and environmental sustainability.

В данной статье описывается ключевая роль прямых иностранных инвестиций (ПИИ) в развитии трансграничных технологических инноваций, подчеркивается их значение для стимулирования экономического роста и содействия интеграции глобальных рынков. На основе глубокого изучения теоретических основ, механизмов воздействия и практических примеров в работе показано, как ПИИ могут служить важным каналом передачи технологий, повышать конкурентные преимущества принимающих стран и способствовать формированию яркой инновационной культуры. Кроме того, анализ подчеркивает важность стратегических подходов и разработки политики для максимального использования инновационных преимуществ ПИИ и обеспечения их эффективного вклада в технологический прогресс и глобальную экономическую интеграцию. В работе также отмечены пробелы в исследованиях, такие как сложная и динамичная взаимосвязь между ПИИ и инновационными системами принимающих стран, и предложены области для будущих исследований, включая социально-экономическое воздействие инноваций, обусловленных ПИИ, на занятость, распределение доходов и экологическую устойчивость.
