The article examines the life satisfaction of Chinese youth based on data from the Chinese social survey and analyzes the impact of the level of social protection on the youth life satisfaction based on econometric analysis by constructing an ordered logistic regression model. The results show that the higher the level of satisfaction with social protection the higher the level of life satisfaction among young people. At the same time, demographic factors such as gender, age, education level, and socioeconomic factors such as urban-rural distribution, socioeconomic status of young people, student status, and employment status have a significant impact on life satisfaction at the same level of social protection. Management recommendations to improve social protection policies and the quality of life of young people in the People's Republic of China are made.

В статье исследуется удовлетворенность жизнью китайской молодежи на основе данных Китайского социального обследования и анализируется влияние уровня социальной защиты на удовлетворенность их жизнью на основе эконометрического анализа путем построения упорядоченной логистической регрессионной модели. Результаты показали, что чем выше уровень удовлетворенности социальной защитой, тем выше уровень удовлетворенности жизнью среди молодежи. В то же время демографические факторы, такие как пол, возраст, уровень образования, и социально-экономические факторы, включающие распределение по городским и сельским районам, социально-экономический статус молодежи, статус обучающегося и статус занятости, оказывают значительное влияние на удовлетворенность жизнью при одинаковом уровне социальной защиты. Даются управленческие рекомендации по улучшению политики социальной защиты и повышению качества жизни молодежи в Китайской народной республике.
