The article presents an analysis of the contribution of different economic actors to the Sustainable Development Goals, adopted by the United Nations in 2015. The analysis of open data has shown that there is currently no systematic approach to consider the contribution of various economic actors to the Sustainable Development Goals. For this reason, the article considers data sources that characterize the contribution of different economic actors to the Sustainable Development Goals. Due to the lack of ready-made data on the contribution of non-profit organizations, the author proposes a methodology for assessing the contribution of organizations in the non-profit sector of the economy. The proposed methodology will make it possible to fill the existing gap in the lack of data on accounting for the contribution of the non-profit sector of the Russian economy to the achievement of the goals of the 2030 Agenda, which in the future will allow an integrated accounting approach. This article will be of interest to people interested in the concept of sustainable development and the achievement of its goals, representatives of non-profit organizations, students, postgraduates, representatives of the scientific community and government officials for information and accounting in their work.
В статье представлен анализ учета вклада различных субъектов экономики в Цели устойчивого развития принятых Организацией Объединенных Наций в 2015 году. Проведенный анализ открытых данных показал, что на данный момент времени отсутствует системный подход к учету вклада различных субъектов экономики в Цели устойчивого развития. По данной причине в статье рассмотрены источники данных, характеризующие вклад в Цели устойчивого развития различных акторов экономики. В связи с отсутствием готовых данных по вкладу некоммерческих организаций, предложена авторская методика оценки вклада организаций некоммерческого сектора экономики, которая представляет научную новизну. Предложенная методика позволит восполнить имеющийся пробел в отсутствии данных по учету вклада некоммерческого сектора экономики России в достижении целей Повестки-2030, что в дальнейшим позволит обеспечить комплексный подход в учете.
